Whereas, this Honorable Court has granted bail to below named accused, in Cr.Bail Appln: No.1716/2024 Re: Mumtaz Ali Shaikh Vs The State, for ofence U/S 4,5&23 of F.E.R. Act 1947, R/W Section 34,109,PPC, bearing Crime No.57/2024 of P.S FIA Composite Circle, Larkana, in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Three Lac Rupees only) & P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/accused, which is accepted.
