WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused filed application under section 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case/crime No.15/2024 U/S 147,148,149,114,506(ii),427,447,504, 436 PPC of PS Dano Dhandal and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and A.D.P.P for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
Learned counsel for the applicant/accused filed bail application before this Court and written in bail as accused Mehro is confined in Sub Jail Nagarparkar, therefore this Court issue release writ of accused Mehro to Superintendent Sub Jail Nagarparkar, Superintendent/Jailor Sub Jail Nagarparkar informed that accused Mehro is not confined in Sub Jail Nagarparkar, he is confined in Central Prison Mirpurkhas, Today i.e 26.08.2024 learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted statement to issue release writ of accused Mehro to central Prison Mirpurkhas. Order passed on it. Heard and in the interest of justice, Issue release writ in the said address.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with direction to appear before trial court, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
