Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed on behalf of advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused in the above case and crime, this Court after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP for the state, has ordered that applicant/accused be released on bail subject to furnish surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused. One Pir Sarmad Ghambal son of Pir Ghulam Muhiddin has stood surety for accused Arbab alias Arbelo son of Muhammad Dawood Peer in the sum of Rs 20,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount which has been provisionally accepted.
You are, hereby required to release below named accused from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case and crime. After causing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- and the same be sent to this Court and accused be directed to attend this court on 30.08.2024 at 8-30 am to face trial.
