SUBJECT:-  RELEASE WRIT OF APPLICANTS/ACCUSED NAMELY 1. ROSHAN ALI SON OF GHULAM FAQIR SHAR 2. MUHAMMAD ALI SON OF MUHAMMAD PANAH SOOMRO, IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 28/2024, REGARDING: ROSHAN AND OTHERS OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 379 PPC CRIME NO. 37/2024, POLICE STATION: CHAK.

           Whereas in the above bail application, after institution bail application on behalf of applicants/accused Namely 1. Roshan Ali Son of Ghulam Faqir Shar 2. Muhammad Ali Son of Muhammad Panah Soomro, and upon hearing Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Junejo Advocate, counsel for the applicants/accused and ADPP on behalf of the state, this Court have been pleased to grant bail to the above named applicants/accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each, in words (thirty thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused have furnished the required surety.

           You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named applicants/accused from your custody forthwith, they are not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. Rs. 30,000/- each in words (thirty thousand rupees) each, for appearing before this Court on 3^rd September, 2024, at 08:30 am.
