Whereas; the Advocate for applicant/accused has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, through his counsel, for grant of bail in above case & crime and this Court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused, ADPP for State, has granted bail to the above named accused vide order dated 27.08.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the above named Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety with P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted.
