Subject:-    Release writ.

           Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely 1.Khatir Hussain S/o Mehboob Khaskheli, 2.Niaz S/o Mehboob Khaskheli and 3. Mumtaz @ Muhammad Ali S/o Sultan Khaskheliin this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (one lac) each with PR bond in the like amount.

                   And whereas one Muhammad Ayoob and Sadam Hussain have appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (One lac)  with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.

                   You are, therefore, required to release accused namely 1.Khatir Hussain S/o Mehboob Khaskheli, 2.Niaz S/o Mehboob Khaskheli and 3. Mumtaz @ Muhammad Ali S/o Sultan Khaskheliin from jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to join the investigation/trial court to face his trial.
