Whereas, accused namely i). Saleem s/o Kamal and ii). Eidan s/o Kamal, both by caste Bheri, whom you hold in your jail custody in the above cited case/crime have filed an application to keep their case in abeyance, which has been allowed by this Court, vide order dated 24.08.2024. Both accused are directed to be released on furnishing their solvent surety each in the sum of Rs.500,000/- . Surety/Deponent namely Thario s/o Sher Muhammad alias Aqil by caste Chachar, has appeared and furnished required surety, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if, they are no more required in other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 500,000/- (Five Lac) only, without fail.
