Whereas, the accused Shafiullah S/o Shireenzada was facing his trial for offence punishable u/s 23(i) A SAA 2013 arising out of FIR No.158/2022 of PS. Peerabad. After recording evidence of material witnesses and hearing argument of learned Prosecutor for the state, the above named accused has been acquitted in above case u/s 26H-(i) Cr.PC of the charge arising out of above captioned FIR by this court.
Now, you the Superintendent, Central Prison, Karachi are hereby required to release the said accused above named forthwith, if he is not required in any other case.
