Whereas, this Court received a certified copy of bail order bears Crl. B.A No: 124/2024 dated 09-02-2024 passed by the Honorable District & Sessions Judge, Jacobabad through honor's good office letter No.R/- 1324 of 2024 dated: 10-02-2024, wherein, below named applicant/accused has been granted bail subject to the condition that he furnishes a solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (three lacs) along with a Personal Recognizance bonds in a like amount, to the statisfaction of the learned trial Court. Whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety holder namely, Zulfiquar Ali S/O Gulzar Ahmed Jhulan before this Court.
