Whereas, applicant/accused Arshad @ Ashfaque S/o Azeem Solangi has been granted post arrest bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Muhammad Sajjan S/o Hubdar Ali Shaikh R/o Ward No. 3 Sita Road Taluka K.N Shah District Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused applicant/accused Arshad @ Ashfaque S/o Azeem Solangi, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
