Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SALEEM S/O SIDDIQUE ALI and upon hearing Mr.Imtiaz Ali Mallah, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  MUHAMMAD SALMAN S/O SIDDIQUE ALI has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          SALEEM S/O SIDDIQUE ALI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
