SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED SHAHZAD @ SHAHZAD SIDDIQUE S/O SAEEDUDDIN @ MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE IN CR.BAIL APPLN. NO.2496/2024, (SHAHZAD @ SHAHZAD SIDDIQUE VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.189/2024 OF P/STATION MARKET, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 462-H, 462-I, 462-M PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SHAHZAD @ SHAHZAD SIDDIQUE S/O SAEEDUDDIN @ MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE and upon hearing Mr.Rana Zeeshan Akbar, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  MUHAMMAD ZEESHAN S/O SAUDUDDIN has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          SHAHZAD @ SHAHZAD SIDDIQUE S/O SAEEDUDDIN @ MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
