Whereas the applicant/accused Zulfiqar S/o Gulzar Ahmed through his counsel moved bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C praying for release on bail.
And whereas upon hearing the bail application this Court has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/-, for accused with one surety and P.R bond in the like amount.
