Whereas, this court has has been granted bail to the applicant/accused namely; Sadar Ali s/o Qadir Bux by caste Chandio , vide order dated 31.08.2024 in below mentioned Bail Application No. 1043/2024, re Sadar Chandio Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s:324, 504, 337Ai, Fi, 148 149-PPC, vide Crime No. 30/2024 of PS B Section Shahdadkot in the sum of Rs.50,000/ (Rupees Fifty Thousands).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
