Whereas, below named applicant/accused namely Ali Asghar S/o Muhammad Sharif by caste Magsi has been granted bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with PR bond of the like amount, in above case and crime vide order dated 31.08.2024.
And whereas, today the requisite surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- has been furnished by one surety namley Sharafat S/o Muhammad Sharif Magsi R/o Shah Latif Coloy Mori Hyderabad, with requisite PR Bond, which has been accepted today after verification vide order dated 02.09.2024.
