Whereas, accused named below is facing trial before this Court in Sessions Case No.209/2020, The State V/S Muhammad Paryal, (Crime No.01/2020 of Police Station Hassan Wahan) under section:24-SAA. Today accused named below is convicted U/S: 265-H(ii) Cr,P.C as under:-
Convict accused Muhammad Paryal S/o Azizullah by caste Tajejo Abro under Section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C and award him sentence U/S 24 of Sindh Arms Act, 2013 to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten (10) years and fine of Rs:10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only). In default of payment of fine amount, accused shall undergo one month simple imprisonment more. The benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to him. (Fine not paid).
The accused named above is produced in custody, he is remanded back to custody alongwith warrant of conviction in order to serve out the sentence.
You are, hereby directed to receive the above named accused, and keep him in to your safe custody to serve out the sentences awarded to accused without fail.
