                                               Whereas, this Court has granted bail to Appellant/Accused Mujahid son of Roshan by caste Mugheri, in B.A. in S.Case No.229/2024 Re-state Versus Imran Mugheri and others for offence u/s: 324, 506/2, 148, 149-PPC in crime No.66/2024 of Police station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/ in words fifty thousand in the like amount with P.R bond.

                                                And whereas the required surety has been furnished on the behalf of appellant/accused which is accepted by this court.

                                                You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named appellant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/Crime. The above named appellant/accused be bound down to appear before this court on 17-09-2024 at 08: 30 am without fail.
