SUBJECT:-   RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED SHAHZAD ALI SON OF MUHAMMAD RAMZAN BY CASTE BOZDAR, IN 1ST CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO: S-14/2024, REGARDING: SHAHZAD ALI, OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 302, 396, 148, 149-PPC CRIME NO: 06/2023, POLICE STATION: LODRA,

                   Whereas, applicant/accused namely SHAHZAD ALI SON OF MUHAMMAD RAMZAN BY CASTE BOZDAR, preferred bail application before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, for grant bail post arrest, through his counsel Mr. Muhammad  Afzal Jagirani Advocate, for the applicant/accused. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana granted bail to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- in wards (One lacs rupees), and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The said order also verified from Hon’able High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, vide letter No. 14729/LCC/Cr.B.A. No.S-14/2024, Larkana, dated 31^st August, 2024.

                   After receiving bail order and its confirmation such surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this Court, which is accepted by this Court.

                   You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- in words (One lac rupees), for appearing before this Court on: 20^th September, 2024, at 08:30 a.m.
