Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicant/accused namely Dadlo son of Dodo @ Dodo Khan by caste Magsi, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicants/accused have granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- Thirty thousand) with PR bonds in the like amount.
And whereas one Aijaz Ahmed S/o Ghulam Qadir by caste Magsi, R/o Village Nabi Bux Magsi Taluka & District Dadu, has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Dadlo son of Dodo @ Dodo Khan by caste Magsi, in from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after getting P.R bond from them and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to this court on the date of hearing viz:05.09.2024 at 08:30 A.M, without fail.
