WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused 01. Gul Muhammad son of Moula Bux 02. Arab Khan son of Moula Bux 03. Gohar Khoso son of Atta Muhammad and 04. Sanjar Khan son of Meer Muhammad, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/-(One Lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
WHEREAS one Karam Ali S/o Moula Bux R/o Village Manjhand Taluka Manjhand Distrcit Jamshoro , has stood surety for accused 01. Gul Muhammad son of Moula Bux 02. Arab Khan son of Moula Bux 03.
