                     Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  ZOHAIB ALI S/O ALI AKBAR BY CASTE WAGHAN and Hon’able High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 350,000/- (Three Lac fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

                         And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one  Faraz Ali S/O Mumtaz Ali  has stood surety for accused named above.
                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ZOHAIB ALI S/O ALI AKBAR BY CASTE WAGHAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 350,000/- (Three Lac fifty thousands) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
