WHEREAS, an order dated 01-08-2024 passed by Honourabe Supreme Court of Pakistan Islamabad in Criminal P.L.A No.286 of 2024 Re-Ubaidullah @ Bedo V/s The State in which bail was granted to accused Ubaidullah @ Bedo S/O Rehmatullah Brohi R/o Presently confined at Central Prison Hyderabad, in the sum of Rs. 100,000/-(one lac) with two sureties with P.R bond in the like amount at the satisfaction of this court..
WHEREAS, one Mst Samina w/o Ubaidullah Brohi R/o Mualla Railway Malam Kotri District Jamshoro, and 2nd Mst. Shamshad W/o Muhammad Qasim R/o Muhalla Brohi Kotri District Jamshoro have stood sureties for accused Ubaidullah @ Bedo S/O Rehmatullah Brohi, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith sureties documents to stand sureties for above named mentioned accused.
