Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

                   Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicants/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand)  each  with P.R Bonds, in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

           And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one  Mehboob Ali S/o  Nadir Ali Gadehi R/o Village chowbar, Taluka K.N Shah and District Dadu in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each to the satisfaction of this Court.

           You are, therefore, directed to release the below named applicant/accused, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bonds in sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees  fifty thousand) each and submit such P.R Bonds before this Court.
