Whereas the applicant/accused 1.Riaz S/O Abdul Razzaque, 2.Gullab S/O Manthar, 3.Manzoor Ahmed @ Manzoor S/O Muhammad Hayat all by caste Dayo who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 337-A (I), H (II), 14, 147, 148, 149-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicants /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/-each (One Lac rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicants have furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
