Whereas, in the above mentioned criminal case, accused ABDUL NABI S/O SHARBAT BY CASTE BHATTI is convicted U/S: 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence punishable under section under section 25 A SINDH ARMS ACT 2013 and Sentenced to five years simple imprisonment and to pay fine Rs;100,000/- (Rupees One Lac). In case of default in payment of fine, he shall suffer in S.I for 01 month, more. He is, however extended benefit of section 382-B Cr PC. His period of detention shall be deducted from his sentence. He is produced in custody. He is sent back to jail with warrant of conviction to serve out the remaining part of sentence.
You are therefore hereby directed and authorized to receive accused ABDUL NABI S/O SHARBAT BY CASTE BHATTI and keep him into your custody, to serve out the above sentence awarded to him.
