Whereas, UTP/accused named below is facing trial before this Court in Sessions Case No.92/2021, The State V/S Aamir Ali Kalhoro, (Crime No.04/2021 of Police Station Darri) under section: 302,311,34,PPC. Today accused named below is convicted U/S: 265-H(ii) Cr,P.C as under:-
i) For offence under Section 302 (b) PPC, for committing Qatl of deceased Mst.Sarwar Khatoon, to imprisonment for life as Tazir and to pay Rs.10,00,000/-(One Million rupees) to be paid to legal heirs of the deceased Mst.Sarwar Khatoon, as compensation under Section 544-A, Cr.P.C, and in default of payment or recovery thereof, he shall undergo simple imprisonment for six months more.
Convict shall have the benefit of Section 382-B of Criminal Procedure Code for the period for which he has remained in jail.
The accused named below is produced in custody, he is remanded back to custody alongwith warrant of conviction in order to serve out the sentence.
You are, hereby directed to receive the below named accused, and keep him in to your safe custody to serve out the sentences awarded to accused without fail.
