Whereas, the below named applicant/accused were remanded to jail custody in below mentioned crime and the accused have been granted bail vide order dated 05.09.2024 passed by this court in the bail application subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- with like amount of PR Bond and the accused has furnished the required surety for satisfaction of this court and same has been accepted.
