Whereas, accused named below is facing trial before this Court in Sessions Case No.93/2021, The State V/S Aamir Ali Kalhoro, (Crime No.05/2021 of Police Station Darri) under section:24-SAA. Today accused named above is convicted U/S: 265-H(ii) Cr,P.C as under:-

Convict accused named below under Section 265-H(2) Cr.P.C and award him sentence U/S 24 of Sindh Arms Act, 2013 to suffer rigorous imprisonment for ten (10) years and fine of Rs:10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only). In default of payment of fine amount, accused shall undergo one month simple imprisonment more. The benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to him. Convict is present in Court; he was brought from Central Prison, Larkana and is now remanded back to Jail alongwith conviction warrant to serve out the sentence awarded to him. without fail.
