Whereas, accused namely Muhammad Ayoub s/o Muhammad Ismail, by caste Mahar, (In the remand the name of accused is written as Rashid Ali s/o Panh Sanghar) who was remanded into your jail custody in the above subject case/crime has been granted bail by this Honourable Court in the sum of Rs:20,000/- (Twenty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount, and one deponent namely Ghulam Mustafa s/o Janib Ali Sanghar, r/o village Peeral Sanghar, Qadirpur, Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted by this court.
