Whereas, the applicant/accused was granted bail by the Honourable District and Sessions Judge, Tharparkar @ Mithi, criminal bail application No.331/2024 vide order dated 06.09.2024 in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (one hundred thousand) with PR bond of like amount and the requisite surety has been furnished by the accused to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted provisionally.
