WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Papan S/O Shadoro and Shadoro S/O Dargo, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused perosns be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 80,000/-(Eighty thousands) for each with P.R bond in the like amount.
