Whereas; the above named applicants/accused has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, through their counsel, before the Court of Honourable District & Sessions Judge, Tharparkar at Mithi, for grant of bail in above case & crime and after hearing the Advocate for applicants/accused and Learned DPP for State, Honourble Sessions Court Mithi has been granted bail to the above named applicants/accused vide order dated 06.09.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (rupees one lac) each with P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court. Above order received by this Court through Email along with letter No.3448/2024, dated 06.09.2024.
