Whereas, applicant/accused Abdul Qadir @ Hussain Makka S/o Abdul Sattar by caste Phulpoto, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 07.09.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1249/2024, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Abdul Qadir @ Hussain Makka V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 462-M PPC, arising out of Crime No.132/2024 of Police Station Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
