The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Whereas, this court has has been granted bail to the applicant/accused namely; Saddar s/o Qadir Bakhsh by caste Chandio, vide order dated 07.09.2024 in below mentioned Bail Application No. 1241/2024, re Saddar Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s: 24SAA-2013 , vide Crime No. 33/2024 of PS A Section Shahdadkot in the sum of Rs.50,000/ (Rupees Fifty Thousands ).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
