Whereas, applicant/accused Babar S/o Muhammad Nawaz by Caste Gopang, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 05.09.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1226/2024, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Babar Gopang V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9-C CNSA, arising out of Crime No.36/2024 of Police Station Gaji Khuhawar, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking their PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
