Whereas, the Honourable, High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana, has granted bail to the applicant/accused Zeeshan S/o Raza Muhammad by Caste Sohoo, vide B.A order dated: 04.09.2024, passed in Criminal Bail application No.S-440/2024 re-Zeeshan Sohoo versus The State for the offence under section 9-(c) CNSA, arising out of Crime No.163/2024 of Police Station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his P.R bond, the P.R bond taken from applicant/accused be sent to this Court and accused should be bound down to appear before this Court on 14.09.2024 at 08-30 am positively.
