Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicants/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees one lac) each and P.R Bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused has been furnished by one Soomar Khan S/o Ghulam Hussain Lund, R/o Village Nariwal Lund, Taluka and District Dadu in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) each to the satisfaction of this Court.
