Whereas, on the 13th day of September, 2024, learned Civil Judge & J.M-II, Dadu convicted the accused/appellants namely Abdul Hafeez, Abdul Aleem and Abdul Sami @ Sani, all sons of Molvi Abdul Aziz Mangi in Cr. Case No. 250/2023, Re- The State Vs Abdul Latif Mangi & others, U/S 337-A (i), F (i), L (ii), 452, 506/2, 504, 147, 148, 149 PPC, whereby above named accused were convicted U/S 245 (2) Cr. P.C.
Being dis-satisfied with the above said judgment, the above named accused filed criminal appeal before this Court and after hearing the parties today i.e 13.09.2024, this Court has allowed the appeal by way of compromise and above named accused are acquitted from the charge U/S 345 (6) Cr. P.C.
You are therefore, directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody at one, if they are no more required in any custody/crime.
