Whereas, the applicants/accused have made application u/s.497 Cr.P.C before this Court through learned counsel praying therein for grant of bail in above crime. After hearing the counsel for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State and perusal of the police papers, this Court has granted the bail to the accused solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with P.R bonds in the like amount and the requisite surety has been furnished by the accused to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted provisionally.
