Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/BAIL INTIMATION.

                        The accused named below has moved application U/s 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail before this court in the below mentioned case/crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named accused bail has been granted to the below named accused subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty Thousands) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.

                        And whereas the below named accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty Thousands) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.

                        You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime by the any other court after causing her P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty Thousands) for his appearance before trial court and the same be submitted to this Court within two days for record, without fail.
