Whereas, applicant/accused Barkat S/o Rustam Solangi has been granted post arrest bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Gul Muhammad S/o Soonharo Lashari R/o Bhai Khan Lashari Taluka & District Dadu has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused applicant/accused Barkat S/o Rustam Solangi, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court.
