SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 865/2024 REG. FALAK SHER V/S THE STATE U/S: 9-(3) (C) CNS AMENDED ACT, 2022, CRIME NO: 197/2024 P.S. NEW FOUJDARI.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Falak Sher S/O Sher Ali by caste Sanjrani who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 9-(3) (C) CNS AMENDED ACT, 2022 and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicants /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicants have furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicants from your custody forthwith if they are no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 30,000/- each (Thirty thousand rupees only)  for his appearance before concerned court.
