WHEREAS, the applicant / accused Muhammad Sheraz S/o Khwaja Nazim Din ,through his advocate moved bail application before this Court, praying for release.
AND WHEREAS, upon hearing the case, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant in sum of Rs. 50,000- (Rupee Fifty Thousand Only) with One surety and P.R. Bond in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in this Court as required.
Now, you the Superintendent Jail is here by required to release the said applicants/ accused namely Muhammad Sheraz S/o Khwaja Nazim Din forthwith (if he is not required in any other case).
The Superintendent, is also required to certify the execution of writ by endorsement on it back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof.
