The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.
Whereas, below named applicant/accused persons through their advocate moved bail application praying for release on bail.
And, whereas, upon hearing the bail application this court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant/accused on furnishing of surety of accused in the sum of Rs 20,000/- each with P. R. Bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in the court and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas, surety namely Maqbool Ahmed S/o Muhammad Khan, has stood surety on behalf of the accused persons in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and produced CNIC and original Documents of Vehicle, to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the below named accused persons forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime after causing his P. R. Bond in the like amount in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each and the same should be sent to this court with direction to the accused persons to attend this court on 22- 09-2024 at 8:30am to face his trial in the above case and crime.
