After hearing the arguments this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty thousand Rupees only) with PR Bond in the like amount. The applicant/accused person have furnished the requisite surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
