WHEREAS the applicant(s)/accused named has/have moved an application under Section 497 Cr.P.C to this court, praying for bail, in above mentioned case, pending in the Court of Xth Addl. Sessions Judge, Karachi East.
WHEREAS on hearing the said application this court ordered for submission of personal bond in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (Rupees One lac each) whereas the surety on behalf of the aforesaid Applicant (s) has furnished to this court as required.
