Bail Application No. 1231/2024, re Abdul Nabi Khoso & Others Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s: 302, 324, 337Ai, 337Fi, 504, 337Hii, 114, 148 & 149-PPC, vide Crime No. 23/2024 of PS Behram in the sum of Rs.300,000/ (Rupees Three Lacs).
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named accused forthwith, if they are is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
