And whereas after hearing the learned ADPP for the state and learned counsel for accused person, this court has acquitted the accused Nadeem Ali son of Khan Muhammad Machi u/s 245(i) Cr.P.C vide judgment dated 14.02.2024.
You are therefore hereby directed and authorized to release the below named accused person in the above said case/crime, forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime.
