Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MORZADO S/O SHAFI MUHAMMAD BY CASTE SHAR and upon hearing Mr.Muhammad Naseer Chachar, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 30,000/- (Thirty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
