Whereas, in the above matter the bail of accused named below was granted in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety & P.R. in the like amount and whereas the required surety on behalf of the accused has been furnished and accepted before this court.
You are hereby directed to release the said accused named below forthwith, if he/they is/are no more required in any other custody matter, after causing your personal recognizance of Rs.50,000/- to be executed by the accused, and report compliance forthwith/within two days from the receipt hereof of this writ without fail.
